The training not only assists you in developing your skill as a weightlifter but it is also set up to help you use weightlifting to improve your overall athleticism enhancing your sporting abilities.

To Be The Best You Have To Train Like The Best

The Yard Athletic Weightlifting Club membership gives you access to either 2 or 3 Weightlifting group coaching sessions a week depending on your choice of contract. The group training membership is ideal for individuals that don't require more personalized training sessions and programming. The Group sessions are capped at a maximum of 10 lifters per session.
