Mike has always had a keen interest in sports. He got involved with combat sports at 13 years old and starting strength training a year later. More recently Mike has turned his focus to boxing as his sport of choice.
After school Mike initially studied IT, he soon realised that he needed to change direction and pursue a career in-line with his true passion, strength and fitness coaching. With this passion for physical development Mike always strives to help everyone he coaches reach their true athletic potential and desired training goals.
Through his coaching in the gym Mike will take you on a journey to improve both your physical and mental and well-being.
