Our youth training camp introduces High School students to the gym training environment, as we teach them how to train properly from the get-go. Students will develop their ability to properly perform fundamental human movement patterns, opening up their movement vocabulary and increasing their ability to properly perform fundamental human movement skill levels. Movement is the foundation of all other physical fitness.

Furthermore the training sessions will teach them how to use fundamental strength and fitness training movements in order to develop strength, fitness, and overall athleticism for long-term success in sports and life.

The program is developed by a qualified Sports Scientist and implemented with assitance of highly qualified coaches.

The program consists of 3 weekly Strength & Conditioning as follows:

Monday: 11:00 or 14:00

Wednesday: 11:00 or 14:00

Friday: 11:00 or 14:00

COST: R650 for the month

We also offer the opportunity to add on the Youth boxing classes for the month. These classes take place at the following times:

Tuesday: 15:00

Thursday: 15:00

Saturday: 09:00

COST: Add boxing for an extra R350 for the month.
